Police dog Hondo on the job.
Police dog Hondo was called into action on Sunday evening, to work alongside detectives from Gold Coast CIB, Northern Investigative Group, in ensuring they got their man.
Detectives arrested a 32-year-old Southport man who was located in the Surfers Paradise area. The man had been actively evading police since Friday. The man will appear in Southport Magistrates Court on today charged with robbery. Police also intend to speak with the man in relation to other matters with further charges pending.
