Police have finalised their investigations into a traffic incident whereby a pram collided with a vehicle at Pacific Pines on May 6.
Investigations identified that around 4.40pm on Pacific Pines Boulevard a pram rolled down a driveway and struck a vehicle that was driving passed at the time.
An 11-month-old girl who was in the pram received serious injuries. She is receiving treatment at the Gold Coast University Hospital.
This afternoon, police spoke with the driver of the vehicle.
It has been deemed that the driver fulfilled his reporting obligations and police will not be preferring charges.
This investigation has now been finalised.
