A 33-year-old man presented himself to the Logan Hospital around 11.30pm last night with an apparent gunshot wound to his shoulder.
Police have attended the hospital and spoken with the man who declined to make a complaint.
Initial information suggests the incident occurred on Anzac Avenue at Hillcrest.
Police are continuing their investigations.
