Police are investigating a robbery that occurred this afternoon in Burleigh Waters.
Around 4.45pm, two men have entered an address on Honeyeater Drive and one has produced what appeared to be a firearm.
The have then made threats to the two men and a woman that were inside the address before striking one of the men with the firearm and fleeing the scene with a handbag.
The man was treated for laceration and bruising to his head and was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
Investigations are continuing.
