Police are investigating the discovery of a quantity of weapons and drugs at a residence at
Mudgeeraba overnight.
Around 2.30am police executed a search warrant at a Franklin Drive address where inside they located drugs, two firearms, ammunition, knives and items of police property.
Police have taken possession of the items.
A 61-year-old Mudgeeraba man is expected to assist police with their investigations.
