Police are investigating the armed robbery of a toy store in Browns Plains this morning.

Just after 10.35am a man entered the Browns Plains Road business, exposed a screw driver from his sleeve and demanded cash from the female attendant.

The attendant and a second employee have complied with demands and the man fled the store with a sum of cash.

No one was physically injured during the incident.

Police believe the incident may be linked to a previous robbery on October 10 and have released an image of a man who may be able to assist with inquiries.

The man is described as Caucasian, approximately 25-35-years old.
