Police are investigating a suspicious fire in Labrador this morning.
Around 4am police attended a Kenmar Street address after reports of a house on fire.
The house was unoccupied at the time and no one was injured during the incident.
The dwelling sustained extensive damage and a crime scene was established.
Investigations into the cause of the fire are continuing.
