Detectives are investigating following the armed robbery of a residence on Currumbin Creek Road in Currumbin Waters yesterday evening.
Initial investigations suggest at around 6:40pm three men, one armed with a metal bar, gained entrance to the dwelling and demanded money from two residents.
The men took a sum of cash and some items from the house before leaving the scene in a small white vehicle.
Nobody was physically injured during the incident.
The first man is described as Caucasian in appearance, approximately 192cm tall, of solid build with short blonde hair.
The second man is described as Pacific Islander in appearance, approximately 192 cm tall, of solid build and aged in his 30s with short black hair.
The third man is described as Caucasian in appearance, approximately 170cm tall with short blonde hair.
Investigations are continuing.
