A woman has been charged after she allegedly drove her car into a garage door during an incident at Coomera yesterday afternoon.
It is alleged around 4.30pm the woman drove to the Pearl Street address and confronted a 52-year-old man who is known to her.
He asked her to leave at which time she got into her vehicle and allegedly drove into the garage door and his ute causing damage to both.
During the incident the woman also allegedly bit the man on his arm.
Police attended and the woman was taken into custody.
A 51-year-old Southport woman has been charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, two counts of wilful damage, assault and drink driving.
She is due to face Southport Magistrates Court on April 24, 2016.
