Police are investigating a serious traffic crash that occurred this afternoon in Maudsland.
Around 5.45pm, a motorcycle travelling on Nerang-Beaudesert Rd and a car travelling on Maudsland Road have collided at the intersection.
The 40-year-old male rider of the motorcycle was stuck under the vehicle and was taken to the Gold Coast University Hospital with what are believed to be life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the car wasn’t physically injured as a result of the crash.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
