Gold Coast Police have charged a man in relation to drug and property offences after he was intercepted for a traffic matter yesterday morning.
Around 11am yesterday it is alleged traffic police intercepted the man in his vehicle on McLaren Road at Nerang.
A search was conducted of the vehicle and it is alleged drugs and cash were located.
A 23-year-old Coomera man has been charged with three counts of possess a dangerous drug and one count each of supply a dangerous drug, possess thing, possess utensil, received tainted property and fail to appear.
He is due to face the Southport Magistrates Court today.
