Police have charged a second man following investigations into the wounding of two men in Helensvale on August 10.
Police will allege around 9.55pm, two male offenders entered a Latrobe Avenue address and were involved in a physical altercation with two men at the residence.
The two male victims, aged 46 and 48, were both taken to the Gold Coast University Hospital for treatment of stab wounds.
A 57-year-old Southport man was charged with attempted murder on August 11.
The second person, a 51-year-old man, was taken into custody this afternoon and charged with one count each of attempted murder, wounding and enter premises with intent.
He is due to appear in the Southport Magistrates Court tomorrow.
