Police investigate traffic crash, Mudgeeraba

Police are investigating a crash where a vehicle was driven into a house at Mudgeeraba overnight.

Around 9.05pm police were called to Hinterland Drive residence after the male driver of a silver Holden Commodore lost control of the vehicle which mounted the footpath, went through a gate, struck a Toyota Rav four wheel drive parked in the driveway before crashing into three metal supports of the high set house.

The vehicle stopped with the house resting on the front end of the vehicle.

The 19-year-old male driver and his two 19-year-old male passengers were not injured in the crash.

The 36-year-old female occupant of the house was not injured as a result of the incident.
