Police from Task Force Maxima, utilising Gold Coast and Robina police resources and personnel have visited several Robina Police Divisional addresses for the illegal possession of weapons, cash and drugs. Seizures included methamphetamine, cocaine, steroids and cannabis with a street value of more than $40,000.
31 people have subsequently been charged on a total of 84 matters, with some offenders facing serious charges of trafficking in dangerous drugs.
This is another example of excellent policing of the Robina Police Division and the efforts local police undertake to maintain a safe living enviroment for the honest and hard working residents of Robina and Varsity Lakes.
