Senior Constable Duane Killick from Jacobs Well Police Beat attended to reports of a suspect vehicle in the cane fields shortly after a severe storms hit the Gold Coast on Saturday evening.
The officer located a Jacobs Well local, who’s 4×4 had become stuck in the mud which was out of the reach of any tow truck. Senior Constable Killick utilised the 4×4 fitted with a winch to assist the bogged vehicle. Unfortunately not all policing tasks are clean and Sunday was spent returning the Police vehicle to its former glory.
