On the evening of Monday June 9, police located a 15-year-old juvenile as a result of a traffic intercept. Police allegedly located electronics, jewellery, drugs and drug utensils.
As a result of investigations Detectives from the Gold Coast Child Protection and Investigation Unit have charged the man with Enter Premises and Commit Indictable offence, Attempted Enter Premises and Commit Indictable offence, three counts of Receiving Tainted Property, two counts of Possessing property suspected of being stolen and fail to take reasonable care with a syringe.
He was remanded in custody and is due to appear at the Southport Children’s Court today.
Three adults were also located in this vehicle and were dealt with by detectives from the Gold Coast Southern Investigative Group for property and drug offences.
