Police are at the scene of a serious traffic crash in Labrador.
Initial information suggests that just before 1pm, a car crashed into a business on Babbidge Street.
It is believed the driver has sustained serious injuries and is being treated by paramedics.
The crash has caused significant damage to the building with debris strewn over the road and a power pole has been brought down.
Police have closed Babbidge Street to all traffic.
The Forensic Crash Unit will investigate.
