Police believe the two men (pictured) can assist investigations following two separate stealing incidents at a child care centre on Jacobs Ridge Road on October 3 and November 12.

An enclosed yard at the child care centre was unlawfully entered at about 3.50am on Monday, October 3. A two meter high fiberglass giraffe which was mounted on a concrete slab was carried over the fence. A utility has pulled up outside the fence and the giraffe has been loaded onto the tray. An attempt to steal a second fibre glass giraffe on this date was unsuccessful.
At 1am on Saturday, November 12 it is alleged that the same utility has returned to the child care centre, again unlawfully entering the yard and stealing another fiberglass giraffe.
The giraffes are worth a substantial amount not only in monetary value but also emotionally, as children at the centre have named the giraffes and they were included in their outside play.
Police are requesting the assistance of the public to help identify these men and have the giraffes returned to the child care centre. Crime reports QP1601863098 and QP1602136486 refer.
