Police have charged a 24-year-old Bundall man following a disturbance at Southport on March 30.
It will be alleged that the man assaulted a 50-year-old man at the intersection of Bundall Road and Thomas Drive Southport, near the Chevron Island Bridge.
The man will appear in Southport Magistrates Court on April 15, charged with one count of Affray.
