Police have charged a man in relation to the death of a 57-year-old man in a house at Varsity Lakes last month.
Gregory John Hudson was located deceased in his Mulgrave Crescent residence on October 23, 2014.
Police investigations have led to the arrest and charging of a 24-year-old man from Southport with manslaughter, enter with intent and robbery whilst armed and in company.
He is due to face Southport Magistrates Court today.
Police investigations are continuing.
