Detectives from the Gold Coast Criminal Investigation Branch and Taskforce Maxima (Gold Coast and Brisbane) have this morning arrested three male associates of the Bandido Criminal Motorcycle Gang (Centro chapter) in connection to an alleged assault in a Broadbeach nightclub last month.
Police executed two search warrants at residences of CMG Bandido Associates (Centro Chapter) situated at Underwood and Fortitude Valley.
The men have been charged over the alleged glassing and assault of a 36-year old man in a nightclub at Broadbeach on November 16, 2014.
A 23-year-old man and a 24-year-old man both from Fortitude Valley and a 22-year old Underwood man have been arrested and charged with grievous bodily harm, assault bodily harm and assault bodily harm whilst armed (a glass).
The 23-year-old man was also further charged with a minor drug offence (possession of steroid).
All three men will appear at the Brisbane Magistrates Court this afternoon.
