Police have charged a man in relation to the robbery of a convenience store at Carrara on December 13, 2014.
It is alleged a man entered the Elysium Road premises and made demands for money and cigarettes from the store attendant.
An undisclosed amount of money and cigarettes was allegedly stolen.
A 30-year-old man of no fixed place of abode was charged with enter premises with intent to commit an indictable offence and robbery.
He is due to face Southport Magistrates Court today.
