Good news, the owners of Frank the cat (aka Malibu) were located and he was sent home, however, his behaviour left a lot to be desired and he was returned to the police station after a ‘custody release order’ was signed. Seems he likes station life.
Police found another potential home for Frank but yet again he was returned due to his unwillingness to cooperate with authority. Where to from here, well he is proving himself in the short term to be an effective ‘ice breaker’ for police interacting with young people. Welcome back Frank, at least for now.
