A patched member of the Mongols Outlaw Motorcycle Gang (OMCG) was arrested on the Gold Coast yesterday by Maxima detectives for threatening behaviour and destruction of property.
The charges related to a disturbance at a Chevron Island address last Thursday, where police allege the man appeared at a woman’s unit and threatened her.
The woman refused to unlock the door and called Triple Zero.
The man allegedly damaged the security screen door to the unit during the incident and left before police could attend.
The 31-year-old Robina man was charged by Maxima detectives on Tuesday with one count of making threats and one count of wilful damage.
