Elanora Police Beat in partnership with The Pines Shopping Centre, will be conducting a free one way screws event on Thursday May 26 from 9am to 12pm in the shopping centre car park (near the old Pizza Hut).
Volunteers in Policing (VIPs) will assist with the replacement of standard registration plate screws for anti-theft screws.
It is a free service that benefits everyone. Having your registration plates stolen can be very inconvenient and saves you having letters from toll companies, speed camera fines or the police asking about your vehicle being involved in an offence.
Gold coin donations are accepted and will go to youth programs at the PCYC.
If you are unable to attend on the day arrangements can be made to attend the Elanora Police Beat where our volunteer, Tony Wilk, will do the job for you. Any inquiries please call 5569 8488.
