Police have declared an emergent situation under the Public Safety Preservation Act following an incident at Parkwood this afternoon.
The declaration was made just after 5pm after officers were earlier called to a Greenacre Drive residence with reports of a man making threats.
Greenacre Drive is currently closed and residents in the nearby vicinity are being asked to stay indoors while police respond to the situation.
